- We will no longer be accepting returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
- Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at help@wigtypes.com with photographic evidence of the damage within 3 days of receiving the order.

Packaging and Shipping:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside the package
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us
- We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect it for condition and completeness. If the return criteria is met, we will process your refund
- There will be a minimum 20% restocking fee applied for all returned items as we do not sell any returned products
- Once the restocking fee is applied to the item value, any remaining balance will be refunded within 5 business days after receiving the returned item to the same payment method used for the original purchase
- Shipping fees and non-refundable items will be deducted from the refund amount
- If return does not meet the criteria, we will email you with the following options:
- Returning the item(s) to you at your own expense
- Disposal of the item (this will happen automatically 30 days after receiving the return)
If a customer refuses the package(s) or the package(s) is returned due to a failed delivery, we will charge a 20% restocking fee to recover return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
